I'm typing this assuming you can at least download the skin folder from the other guide here. But the skin you should get, *ahem* is right here. So... starting it off...

1) extract the folder into an unzipped version, it's faster to work with that way.



2) Open the extracted folder and it's subfolders until you see 3 items (be sure to leave this open for later)

2) Open My computer > drive C: > My Programs > OG Planet > Cabal online > Data

3) open the folder below ...



4) open the ICON folder from the DOWLOAD and then highlight drag and drop all the files into the ICON folder in the Cabal Folder

*note* the folder on the left is the one inside cabal, the one on the right is the download


5) accept any file replacement by clicking....


next ... return to the dowload folder with the 3 items then drag and drop them into the cabal UI folder



And with that you're finished. I'd post a screenshot of the skin but I'm lazy.
