Of course FBs dumb debuff ruins this, I believe this IS what pvp is supposed to be not some crappy damage fest like all the low skilled cabal players want it to be.
Note a few things they do you might not notice, - Dash out of range so the other persons combo breaks - Use an obstacle to hinder the other person - Try to keep any and all show downs in their advantage for example dashing out from behind something in combo and letting them have it
Oh... I don't recomend the first strategy for melee, it should be your goal to keep the oponent in your range, however using an obstacle to hide behind forcing them to come to you might work well.
