well as we have all seen, the guild has slowed down since school has started. i know i'm having my problems of finding time to get on too, i mean right now i'm pretty much just doing the NW's and not even lvling.
things to help? i'm not sure, all i can think of is requriting new members, but we all know how that can go. kick peoples asses for not getting on is one i would love to do, but there's this thing called distance that's stopping that.
i know Leiko is doing his best, but it just seem a little quiet now. (only seen about 7-8 people active now when i'm on)
i'll see if i can get a little higher lvl, but now that's it's after the first 2 weeks of school i'll actually start to get hw that will take time.
if people don't know this is my schedual pretty much ever day: 7:20 - 10:00, high school 11:40 - 5:30, college (getting home at 5:30 every day though, so i guess that's all that conserns you people, for frame of reference, my NW starts at 8:06 for me) i'll probably only get time on the weekends (if that) besides the NW.
I think we are just going to have to deal with the inactivity until school is up. Even if we recruit new people chances are they are going to be inactive while school is in session as well. I'll keep an eye out for GOOD recruits (not just anyone, like you said..that ends badly) that are a lil older. Besides that we are pretty boned >.<
